Front desk assistant

Job brief:

Tracing and tracking all parcels with samples and documents via DHL and UPS and keeping organized in a register with date and number of tracking.
Daily cooperation and interaction with all employees and managers for a good activity and responsibility inside the company.

  • Taking and transferring all phone calls to required persons or departments.
  • Filling administrative documents ( Romanian/English) required by directors and managers.
  • Fill in a table the documents received by post ( invoices , contracts).
  • Making orders for office and water supplies, keeping the desk organized.

Sampling responsibilities:

  • Updating the database with new suppliers;
  • Updating the database and our internal Software with new samples information ( codes, pictures of every sample, offer from supplier, details of materials, etc)
  • Updating the database with PPT presentations with samples sent to clients.

Candidate requirements:

  • Advanced English level;
    Medium level of MS Office(-MS Word, Excel, Power Point;), Internet and Outlook;
  • Excellent organizational and social skills, details oriented, strong multi-tasking person;
  • Communicative and proactive;
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations;
  • Hardworking person
